3 Tools to Help You Refocus in 2022

It can be easy to lose focus when you become overwhelmed with school, work, or other aspects of your life. Sometimes our lack of focus is accompanied by a dip in the passion we once had for a pursuit, which can lead to a lack of motivation. However, there are ways to regain your focus on your passions. These three tools listed below can help you do so in the new year.

Journal

The act of writing things down is an excellent method for gaining clarity on your goals and passions. Calm

Calm is an app that provides soothing sounds and meditation videos to help users have better sleep and lowered stress and anxiety levels. Often, stress or anxiety can cause you to lose focus in your life. If you lead a busy life, an app like Calm can help you relax, destress, and put more effort into your passions.
