This workshop will be led by HR executive, Dr. Marcia F. Robinson, who will give personalized resume coaching to a small group of 25 professionals who want to stay competitive in the mature years of their career. Join us if you want to:

  • Gain heightened confidence and actionable steps for improving your resume to meet your goal.

  • Learn how you can make your resume stand out to an HR executive.

  • Learn common mistakes made in resumes from workers that have 10-30+ years of experience.

  • Get a chance to ask questions around your unique career journey in a small group setting.

BONUS: Registrants will receive 15 bullets of individualized resume feedback from Dr. R using her POWERSCAN framework.

About Dr. Marcia F. Robinson

Dr. Marcia Robinson, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-CP is the Founder and CEO of The HBCU Career Center. She’s an award-winning HR and leadership expert who is on a mission to diversify and improve both organizations and BIPOC talent and communities. Her past work includes establishing the Center for Career and Professional Development, Cheyney Internship Institute, Center for Work and Human Capital Development, and the Technology Application for Professional Success (TAPS) programs at Cheyney University of Pennsylvania, and she’s currently a researcher on Workplace Automation through Artificial Intelligence technology. She has experience across Higher Education, Aviation, Hospitality, Technology, and Public sectors and has been recognized as Delaware Valley HR Person of the Year for her work.
