She is a 3x award-winning workforce development professional and macro social worker. Marthea is a current PhD Educational Leadership candidate at the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University located in Tallahassee, Florida.
She has experience in for-profit, nonprofit, corporate, governmental, K-12 education, and higher education settings.
