Colleen Scoles has been a Talent Acquisition Manager with the Philadelphia Eagles for over 11 years. She started her career in Executive Search before transitioning to corporate Talent Acquisition. She has always enjoyed being a connector of talent to opportunity, actively sourcing passive candidates and has been successful in building relationships with hiring managers and colleges to ensure that the team has access to a diverse and talented pipeline of candidates. Colleen received her BS in Sociology from West Chester University and is a certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter through AIRS.
