Knowledge Analysts (KA) work on BCG’s Knowledge Team and are subject matter experts that provide knowledge and insights for various businesses. Tasks can include conducting research, developing visualizations, assessing data, and more. BCG’s hiring team mentioned that this position is excellent for professionals looking to work directly with senior leaders. It has room for professional growth and development, which can span to other opportunities within the company.

The Knowledge Team covers a wide range of subject areas.

  • Do an expertise interview to communicate more about your knowledge in your proposed practice area.

• 3rd round: 

  • Meet with a senior-level stakeholder to further discuss your skills, capability, and knowledge in the area of expertise.
