With the substantial increase in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) careers, many companies now understand the need to build a diverse and inclusive workplace environment (Indeed). However, most job boards don’t provide details on whether a company’s recruiting process is diverse. Thankfully, the following websites take the initiative to assist professionals seeking employers that hire diverse talent.

DiversityJobs.com, formerly known as LatPro.com, was initially founded in 2006 as the first job board tailored to bilingual and Latino professionals. The company has since expanded to promote diverse organizations hiring people of color, and other disadvantaged groups, such as the LGBTQIA+, veterans, people with disabilities, and many more. Black Career Network

Black Career Network is a job board hosted by The Professional Diversity Network (PDN), which aims to “provide diverse communities with a trusted professional network, which pairs members with employers who are serious about building a diverse workforce to meet the needs of an increasingly diverse customer base.” Black Career Network provides thousands of job opportunities for job seekers to choose from accounting to telecommunications. Aside from job postings, Black Career Network offers its members the ability to connect to employers through recruitment advertising and events. 

The HBCU Career Center

While many universities provide career development opportunities, students need additional support to help them successfully transition from school to a career. The HBCU Career Center supports current HBCU students and alumni by providing career resources and a regularly updated job board.
