Megan Thee Stallion, real name Megan Pete, meant it when she said, “2021 finna graduate college” in her hit song “Thot Sh*t”.

Later this month, our favorite Hot-Girl will graduate from Texas Southern University, a historically black college and university, or HBCU, in Houston, TX.

According to Blavity, she admitted to The Breakfast Club during her interview on March 6th that her GPA was 2.7, equivalent to a B- on a 4.0 GPA scale.

Megan can now add “HBCU graduate” to her growing resume which already includes three Grammy awards, brand collaborations with Popeyes and Revlon, and ambassador for Mielle Organics, Nike, and Coach.

Over the summer, she tweeted, “My college experience has been a roller coaster," adding that she, “started at [Prairie View A&M] went to some community colleges in between, and I’m ending at TSU.”

Megan continued, “Don’t get discouraged! You can chase your dreams and your education at the same time."

As previously mentioned, the “Savage” rapper formerly attended Prairie View A&M University in Prairie View, TX, before transferring to TSU, where she studied health administration while being a full-time entertainer.

And get this — Megan still plans to open an assisted-living facility in her hometown:

“I watched my grandmother take care of my great-grandmother,” she told Angie Martinez.

“I wanted other elderly people to feel like they’re taken care of while still in a home environment where they felt safe. Like, a family environment.”

Megan deserves her flowers and more as she continues to uplift while she climbs.

Congratulations to the Houston, TX native!
