Hire HBCU Graduates

Employers hire thousands of diverse college graduates every year.  They also actively seek experienced diverse professionals to help meet their organization’s diversity recruiting goals. In some cases, employers work with career center staff through employer relations programs and on-campus recruiting to hire graduates.  However, small budgets and small staff for many campuses restrict the colleges and universities from having online job boards, hosting job fairs or doing on-campus recruiting.  Also we know that employers are looking for a return on their investment for their recruiting dollars.  This means they want to meet the widest, yet targeted audience possible.

Since TheHBCUCareerCenter.com is the #1 career and job search helper for diverse students, alumni and staff, it made sense to offer a resource to help employers meet and hire diverse graduates.

Our ONLY goal is to help employers connect with a diverse community of professionals who are serious about their own career success.male female HBCU grads
