Every year the National Association of Colleges and Employers (naceweb.org) surveys companies to find out about their plans to hire new college graduates. The Job Outlook for 2018 for grads shows that college hiring is up 4 percent.
Although lower than the last several years, 4 percent still shows a positive outlook and a robust job market.
